Approach: Worked within a hybrid delivery team as a Business Analyst and Project Support Officer, supporting requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, project coordination and governance.
Solution: Translated business requirements into delivery requirements and worked closely with the project team throughout development. As the project progressed, took on Product Owner responsibilities, supporting prioritisation and product delivery.
